You do not need your doctor to order these tests for you. We have two practitioners on our staff that you can order through.

To order through the mail:

Send a check or money order along with a note indicating which test(s) you wish to order.

Your test kit will be mailed to you right away.

RESULTS

Basic Package: We will email results approximately 10 days from the time the hair is received at the lab

Complete Package: We will email preliminary results approximately 7 days from the time the hair is received at the lab and 7 days later mail you a 25 page report.

Toxic Elements & Extended Package: We will email these results with a protocol approximately 2 weeks from the time the hair is received at the lab.

Platinum Package: We will mail these results in approximately 3 1/2 weeks from the time the hair is received at the lab.

For orders outside the USA:

1. Download the “How can I expedite the testing?” on the FAQ’s page. Mail it to us with the hair sample and payment. Results will be “emailed” to you.

2. If you wish to pay by credit card download the paperwork from the FAQ’s page, order through our online store and in the comments section make a note “I will be mailing the sample and paperwork to you.” There are no additional International Fees for the Basic, Extended, Toxic or Platinum. If you want to order the Complete package email our office at alanendsupport@gmail.com and we will email you a special shipping/handling payment link. The Complete Package is the only one that cannot be emailed.
