You can download the Hair Cutting Directions Follow the directions on the form. Put your hair sample into a small envelope or plastic bag and then place it into a envelope with the completed forms and mail it to us. This will save you the time of waiting to receive a sampling kit from us.
If you want to download the forms but pay online, go to our online store, place your order and in the comment section let us know you are mailing us the hair sample and paperwork.

It is better to send too much than too little. We’ll need at least .025 grams of hair. This is approximately one tablespoon full of hair. A simple scale is included with our kits to help you weight out the correct amount.
Yes, but wait 15 hair washings and 6 weeks to take the test. Or you may choose to send us pubic hair for the Basic or the Complete analysis. Please note that the Platinum accomodates hair from the head only. Just mark on the form which type of hair you are sending us.

No. Hair Analysis cannot be used to diagnosis any medical condition. It is best used to identify toxins that have accumulated in the body's tissues, and to identify nutrient deficiencies. If a diagnosis is needed, the hair analysis results can be used to direct you to the testing needed to get a diagnosis.

After ship, less than 30 days old: You will need to return the test kit with a Return Authorization Code [RAC]. No returns are accepted without an RAC. After return is accepted back, you will receive a refund less 10% or $25.00 [usd] whichever amount is less, for shipping, handling and restocking fees. Additional shipping fee may apply.
